Our 30-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@porcodioluxury.com . Returns must be shipped to the following address: [address on the waybill].

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Substitutions
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges and Returns

TO RETURN AN ORDER OR SOME ITEMS IN THE ORDER, YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHO WILL PROVIDE ALL THE METHODS AND INFORMATION RELATING TO THIS RETURN.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

The products are the customer's responsibility, and they must exercise due diligence throughout their lifetime. Once the products are returned to our warehouses, their condition will be inspected. In the event of tampering and/or defects resulting from improper use, the company may request the difference in the depreciation suffered by the products or decide to return them to the customer.

Each returned package is opened and filmed to avoid any misunderstandings. If items arrive at our warehouses without the original label or packaging, or if they are dirty, they will be returned to the sender at their expense. Items that have been washed will also be returned.

RETURNS

IT IS POSSIBLE TO MAKE A TOTAL OR PARTIAL RETURN.

1. Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the "Consumer Code"), the consumer customer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from the contract, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products. To meet this deadline, the consumer customer simply needs to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the aforementioned period expires.
2. In accordance with Article 54 of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer may exercise the right of withdrawal using one of the following methods, at his or her discretion:
3. a) sending an explicit declaration by ordinary email informing Porcodio Luxury of your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract to the email address customer@lporcodioluxury.com.
   
   b) sending by ordinary mail with return receipt to Porcodio Luxury an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract, at
   
   
4. Pursuant to Article 54 of the Consumer Code, in such cases, the customer will be solely responsible for proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.
5. The right of withdrawal is considered to have been correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
   a . the right of withdrawal must be regularly exercised within 14 days of receiving the products following one of the methods indicated above;
6. the products must not have been used, worn, or washed;

c , in any case, the products must comply with the requirements indicated in the following art. 24, regarding the conformity checks of returned products;
d . the returned products must not be different from those purchased;
and . the products must not have been purchased for resale purposes;
f. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal that is an integral part of the item (please note that all products sold by Porcodio Luxury are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the item. Therefore, please remember to try the product on without removing the tag and its seal, as returned products without them will not be accepted);
g. products must be returned in their original packaging;
h. the returned products must be delivered to Porcodio Luxury within fourteen (14) days from when the customer communicated to Porcodio Luxury his decision to withdraw from the contract;
i. the products must not be damaged.

1. In accordance with Article 56 of the Consumer Code, if the customer has complied with all the required conditions, Porcodio Luxury will fully refund the price of the purchased products. The customer will only be responsible for the return costs, i.e., those for returning the purchased products to Porcodio Luxury.
2. In the event of a return, the consumer must also return any gifts and samples included in the promotional package. Otherwise, the consumer will be charged for the cost of these items (to be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the product being gifted and/or promoted).
   7. The consumer customer may choose to use their preferred shipping provider to return the products. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, and they will also be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport.

without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from the contract to Porcodio Luxury.

1. Once Porcodio Luxury has received the return and checked that all requirements have been met, the consumer customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return and Porcodio Luxury will proceed with the full refund as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date of acceptance of the return by Porcodio Luxury, provided that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out in articles 22, 23 and 24 of these conditions of sale.
   10. If a decrease in value of the products returned pursuant to the preceding paragraph is found, Porcodio Luxury will send an email to the customer informing them of the amount deducted from the refund and Porcodio Luxury will proceed with the refund of the residual value of the item.
   11. It is understood that in the event that the return occurs due to a manufacturing defect in the product, all costs relating to the return of the product and/or its replacement will be borne by Porcodio Luxury.
