Your satisfaction is the cornerstone of the Porcodio Luxury experience.

1. 30-Day Elite Returns Window

At Porcodio Luxury, we offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. To maintain the integrity of our collections, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the primary packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

2. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

In compliance with EU Consumer Protection Laws (Art. 52 Legislative Decree 206/2005), customers residing within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements (tag integrity and original packaging) apply.

3. Inspection & Quality Control

Every return received at our facilities is subject to video-recorded inspection to ensure transparency and prevent misunderstandings.

• Responsibility: Products remain the client's responsibility until they reach our warehouses.
• Integrity: Items found to be dirty, washed, or missing original seals/tags will be rejected and shipped back at the sender's expense.
• Value Depreciation: Any signs of improper use may result in a partial refund reflecting the loss in value.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

For safety and exclusivity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Custom-made or personalized orders.
• Personal care products (beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale items and Gift Cards (Final Sale).

5. Logistics & Shipping Address

Approved returns must be dispatched to our specialized logistics hub:

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

6. Refunds & Reimbursements

Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may require additional time (up to 15 days) to post the transaction.
