• TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ROYALTY SHARE PURCHASE

  1. Nature of Agreement By purchasing a "Royalty Share" of the track "NOOOOOO LA POLIZIAAAAAAA NOOOOOOO" (hereinafter referenced as the "Master Recording"), you are entering into a contract to receive a percentage of future "Net Receipts" generated by the recording. You are NOT purchasing the copyright, intellectual property, publishing rights, or creative control of the underlying composition or the sound recording. This is a purely financial interest in the revenue stream.

  2. Definition of Net Receipts "Net Receipts" refers to the actual gross revenue received by Porcodio Luxury/the distributing label from Digital Service Providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc., strictly from streaming and digital downloads of the Master Recording, MINUS:

  • Standard distribution fees and aggregators' commissions.

  • Any applicable taxes, VAT, or withholding required by law.

  • Transaction fees related to the payout process.

  3. Calculation and Payout Schedule Royalties are calculated based on reports received from DSPs, which typically operate on a 3-month delay.

  • Payout Frequency: Payouts will be calculated [e.g., Quarterly - every three months].

  • Minimum Threshold: To minimize transaction costs, payouts will only be processed when your accrued balance exceeds [$25.00 USD] (or equivalent). Balances below this amount will carry over to the next period.

  • Method: Payouts will be made via the payment method associated with your Shopify account or a designated PayPal address.

  4. Rights and Restrictions As a share owner, you:

  • DO NOT have the right to distribute, remix, license, or synchronize the track for commercial use without separate written permission.

  • DO NOT have voting rights regarding the marketing, takedown, or alteration of the Master Recording.

  • DO have the right to resell your share certificate privately, provided the new owner agrees to these terms and the transfer is registered with us for payout purposes.

  5. Duration of Rights (Perpetual) The rights granted under this agreement are perpetual. This means your ownership of the Royalty Share and your right to receive Net Receipts continue for the entire legal duration of the copyright of the Master Recording. As long as the Master Recording is commercially exploited and generating revenue through standard industry channels, your share remains active.

  6. Risk Disclosure & Finality The music market is volatile. Past streaming performance is not indicative of future results. Revenue is dependent on third-party platforms (DSPs) and public reception. All sales of Royalty Shares are final and non-refundable.
